let it snow, let it snow, let it snow
Wednesday, November 30th, 2005I need to get some goggles that aren’t shaded, because the snow really stings when you’re riding through it.
I had to stare down a lot so that my eyes weren’t directly into the wind, and at one point, that caused me to ride through a deep puddle that soaked my sneakers, socks, and lower pantlegs. Good thing I was wearing wool.
It wasn’t really that cold, but the freezing rain/light snow/wet precipitation soaked through the top half of my clothes. It was funny, the way the water patterns formed on my jacket and pants, only the front of my pants got wet at all.
ride distance: 7.5 miles
